Chocolate Eclair

3 Cups milk
2 Pkg. Instant French Vanilla Pudding
8 ounces Cool Whip
Beat together the above ingredients.
Then layer in baking pan: graham crackers, pudding, graham crackers, pudding, graham crackers and complete with topping.


3T milk
3 T Karo Syrup
2 T butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 ounces melted chocolate  (I use the Nestle Tollhouse Melted Chocolate - 2 of them.)
Mix all ingredients together.
Then pour and spread over the layers of pudding and graham crackers.
Refrigerate overnight.
