2 LBS CHUCK ROAST

 CUT INTO 1/2 INCH CUBES

1 ONION CHOPPED

2TBSP CHILI POWDER

1TSP DRIED OREGANO

1 CAN DICED TOMATOES

1 TSP CORNMEAL

DASH CINNAMON

2 TBSP KETCHUP

SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

DASH OF GARLIC POWER

2 TSP CUMIN

1 PIECE OF DARK CHOCOLATE

BROWN ONIONS AND BEEF IN OIL ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS COOK

2 HRS OR UNTIL BEEF IS FORK TENDER

During the last 15 minutes of cooking add any kinda bean ya like
